 | Immunoblotting Whole cell extracts from serum and sodium butyrate-treated NIH3T3 cells were separated on SDS-PAGE, blotted with Anti-Acetyl- & Phospho-Histone H3 [Ac-Lys9, pSer10] (Cat. No. H9161) and developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Alkaline Phosphatase (Cat. No. A9919) and SIGMA FAST™ BCIP/NBT substrate (Cat. No. B5655). Inhibition with [Ac-Lys9, pSer10] histone H3 peptide (Lane 4), no inhibition with non-acetyl-non-phospho histone H3 peptide (Lane 3), no inhibition with [Ac-Lys9] histone H3 peptide (Lane 4), and no inhibition with [pSer10] histone H3 peptide (Lane 5).
